Services we perform

• Leasing/Marketing- By successfully managing and  marketing your properties we can decrease your vacancy cost. We will  prepare and execute all leasing documents on your behalf.
• Tenant Screening- Credit and background checks are performed on each tenant. We verify employment and rent history to assure you get quality tenants.
• Accounting- Owners are provided detailed monthly statements  and invoices. Each owner has a separate bank account so your money is  never comingled with other owners.
• Rent Collecting- Rents are collected by our office and sent  to owners after all necessary bills have been paid.
• Maintenance- Scheduled and spontaneous maintenance will be  scheduled by our office. We find you the best prices and pass our bulk  discounts along to you. All major services will receive multiple bids.
• Inspections- Move-in and move-out inspections are provided.  Full Property inspections are done every 6 months to insure tenants are  performing necessary upkeep.
